Born and raised in South Carolina, I currently live in Sumter, South Carolina. I am a dedicated daycare owner and elementary educator with a passion for nurturing and inspiring young minds. I am happily married and the proud mother of two wonderful boys. Outside of my professional life, I cherish spending quality time with my family and friends. I also enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and treating myself to getting my nails done.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from Claflin University and my master’s degree from Strayer University. I also received an honorary doctoral degree from Clemson University. I strive to balance my love for education, family, and self-care while making a positive impact in my community.
